Chaos to Calm uses AI tools, including Claude, selectively as part of how services are delivered. Where AI tools are used in client work, this is done transparently and in ways designed to protect confidential client information — see the Privacy Policy for more detail.

Liability relating to a specific paid engagement is addressed in that engagement's own agreement.
